You think about someone like our father being older and dealing with cognitive decline and it’s no wonder that they’ve become victims to scams like these. Absolutely. And he’s writing checks to himself to get his monthly allowance, and still spending some of it, uh on these one or two dollar scams, the cash ones, and then the calls start to come in. So your father was in, in good health more or less throughout your life. My father was a pastor and my mother was a teacher in the worst school districts in San Francisco and, despite us having to live on food stamps and welfare, that’s what their heart told them to do.
